1) Printing and dyeing workshop
After 3 innovations, the workshop currently possesses 6 production lines as follows: one bleaching-yarn-dyed-and-finishing production line with annual capacity of 15 million meters, two dyeing production lines with annual capacity of 32 million meters, two printing production lines with annual capacity of 35 million meters, one coating production line with annual capacity of 9 million meters, among which the 180 dyeing production lines and the 180 printing production lines are imported from Germany. All of these advanced equipment enable us to do the processing of waterproofing, down-proofing, anti-flame, coating, oil-looking, schreinering, embossing, sanding, raising, softening, anti-shrinking, self-ironing, and other special finishing processing. We can also meet the requirements of printing, dyeing and special finishing of fabrics with different widths (broad, sub-broad) and different specifications like rove and spun yarn.

2) Yarn dyeing workshop
It is equipped with 30 sets of 330 rapier looms, 20 sets of 280 rapier looms, 60 sets of 180 rapier looms, and super speed 220 Picanol looms. In 2000, we produced functional material in advance such as: fir, warmth-kept, anti-ultraviolet, sweat-absorbed and highly dry, anti-bacteria and foul, and aloe.

3) A large sewing workshop
We have the most professional team who designs and makes the first-class products. Each member of the team has to pass strict examination every single month; anyone who can't stand up to the requirement will be dismissed from the post.

4) The best team of engineers
Our technical staff has constituted 80% across the board within our organization. Most of them have graduated from famous universities. They design and upgrade products frequently.
